The job market is undergoing continuous changes, with new opportunities both for employers and employees.
With the decree n. 682 dated February 3rd 2015 from the U.O. director, new guidelines have been defined to regulate internships for non-European Union citizens resident abroad; this represents a major opportunity both for Italian companies and non-UE workers (another regional regulation already covers European Union citizens and non-UE citizens already living in Italy).
This is an interesting deal that few companies have been taking advantage – probably because it’s not well-known – and a great chance to offer the completion of a vocational training started in the native country, which the apprentice can now complete with an Italian company.
